Advent in Veliki Tabor Castle

On the occasion of Advent, this Sunday (December 17) at the Veliki Tabor Castle, a free guided tour and creative workshop entitled Ah, those wonderful shoes will be held! The inspiration for this interesting workshop will be found in the miniature porcelain slippers from the 18th century, which still adorn collectors' collections around the world with their timeless beauty, and were given as gifts as a sign of friendship and affection. Together, we will imagine the slippers of the counts, noblewomen, ladies or knights of that time... In this workshop intended for all ages, with the help of the leader Andrea Brlobuš, we will master the making of slippers from clay and then decorate them imaginatively. Such slippers can adorn your Christmas tree or serve as an original gift for a loved one!

The guided tour through the museum exhibitions will begin at 11 am, and the workshop will be held from 12 pm to 2 pm.

Additional content (participation in the workshop and the tour) is free for all visitors, and admission to the Museum is charged according to the regular price list.
