Upor / Buna / Revolt 1573−2023

Museum of Peasants' Revolts joined the inter-institutional project Upor / Buna / Revolt 1573−2023, which commemorates the 450th anniversary of the Great Peasants' Revolt, with its partners, the Božidar Jakac Gallery (Kostanjevica na Krka), the Krško Cultural Center, the Posavje Museum of Brežice and the Brdovec Museum.

Each museum participates in a project with a diverse program of exhibitions, expert lectures, educational workshops and other contents. The commemoration program will be published in a joint publication, and on May 27, an expert excursion will be organized to the partner locations of institutions that are connected to the important events of the Revolt from 1573.
