Winter workshops and playgroups on Hušnjakovo have ended

At the Krapina Neanderthal Museum, the new year began dynamically, in a cheerful atmosphere, thanks to the participants of the Winter Workshops and Playgroups.

The program lasted five days, during which the children learned about prehistory through play, research and creative expression. Along with a tour of the permanent exhibition and the Hušnjakovo Site, the participants also toured the children's exhibition "News from Prehistory". Excavating fossils, exploring minerals, making clay models of ammonites, sewing prehistoric purses and making jewelry, were just some of the activities of the Winter Workshops in which children learned about different museum topics and aroused curiosity and their interest in prehistory.
