Krapina Neanderthal Museum's Exhibition ”News from Prehistory” in Aquatika - Karlovac Freshwater Aquarium
The beautiful cooperation between the Krapina Neanderthal Museum and Aquatika - Karlovac Freshwater Aquarium continues also this year in a cheerful tone. Namely, the exhibition of the Krapina museum intended for children called "News from Prehistory" was opened today in the Aquatika, with the presence of second grade elementary school students. At the opening, the director Margarita Maruškić Kulaš greeted the attendees, and the director of the Museums of Hrvatsko Zagorje, Jurica Sabol, addressed the guests.
The author, senior curator and pedagogue Lorka Lončar Uvodić spoke about the exhibition, which deals with several interesting prehistoric topics and introduces children to the evolution of life on Earth, thanking everyone for the nice hospitality. The excellent technical setup of the exhibition was done by Krapina Neanderthal Museum employees, museum technician Stipe Komić and IT specialist Mario Tadić, and Ivana Kaleb Vuletić, the exhibition coordinator, also took part in the realization.
The exhibition, in which all the educational contents are suitable for children, was conceived as a space for research, creation, learning and play, and it fit perfectly into the space of Aquatika, an institution that is mainly dedicated to the education of children and young people, and will be open for viewing until 1 December 2024.
